REFUND POLICY

Returns


A limited edition print may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping if received within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Please understand that exceptions are prints with personalized dedications with a name of a specific person since these prints are not resellable. 

All returns must be requested by contacting studio@marioschmolka.com prior to return shipment. Items sent for return or exchange must be in original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or must be shipped in packaging that protect the prints or framed prints from any damage. The shipment must be trackable in order to make sure its arrival.  Mario Schmolka Photography Inc. retains the right to deny returns on goods that are not in salable condition. 
We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are received after 14 days of receipt. 

When refunds are issued they will get applied to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was received, minus original shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
